Albania ranked 24th the European deluxe resort dwellings rating

TIRANA, August 05؍AR Consult Research Company analyzed elite real estate market in Europe and worked out a European countries rating according to accommodation cost in multi-storey deluxe class dwelling houses situated at the seaside of prestigious resorts.
The information was gathered by means of Mystery Shopping method which involved questioning 5 real estate agencies or elite estate realtors on the average in each country. Only multi-storey deluxe dwellings (five-storey buildings and higher) located at the seaside of prestigious regions were of interest to the researchers.
Plazh Neighborhood in Durres by the Adriatic, where the ranked resort is situated, is one of the most sought out holiday area in Albania and has experienced a tremendous boom in the last decade, with tourist from all over the region seeking a spot of their own.
