TIRANA, Dec. 2 – A book entitled “Transitions in the mirror: A compared approach to Spain’s and Albania’s democratic transition and transformation processes” was promoted on Thursday afternoon in Tirana. The book is co-authored by the Ambassador of Spain, Manuel Montobbio, and Albania’s Adrian Civici, Piro Misha, Rexhep Mejdani and Fatos Lubonja.
“Transitions in the mirror”, published by the Spanish Agency of Cooperation and Development (AECID) in a bilingual edition in Albanian and Spanish, is a contribution to a better knowledge of a very important period in the history of both countries and the result of the international conferences “Transitions in the mirror: A compared approach to Spain’s and Albania’s democratic transition and transformation processes” that took place in the framework of the Spanish Cultural Autumn in Albania 2009 with the participation of relevant experts on the topic from Spain and Albania .
