TIRANA, June 4 – AMC has contributed in the new touristic season launch of the Municipality of Pogradec, through supporting a photography competition that will be held among students in the local high schools. The students will be asked to take photographs of scenery around Pogradec that could be used to create post cards for the city. The winning photographs will then be used to create a new series of post cards for the city.
The initiative, supported by AMC, bears a significant importance not only in terms of featuring the beauties and cultural heritage of Pogradec, but also provides for direct involvement and awareness among the youth community. The support is provided after the initiative of the Municipality of Pogradec that aims to encourage its citizens to change the environmental attitudes and behaviours of themselves and neighbours in the city. AMC’s contribution comes in the frame of AMC Green, which encompasses the company’s commitment towards environ-ment.
