TIRANA, Dec 4 – Rain all over the country raised concern after causing significant problems in separate places.
Many parts of some eight districts were flooded damaging a number of houses and also a few thousands of hectares of agriculture spot lands.
National roads were not blocked, or only temporarily.
Emergency authorities said that despite problems they had noticed no high-level risk from floods.
On the good side, the water level of the hydropower stations in the northern Drini River raised significantly, thus securing good power production this winter.
