Century 21 Expands Network, Pens Agreement for Albania

TIRANA, Oct 1 – Century 21 Real Estate LLC, one of the world’s largest residential real estate sales organizations, announced its latest international expansion with a master franchise agreement to open CENTURY 21Πfranchises in Albania.
The Dudaj Group, owned by Besnik Dudaj and Adriatik Dudaj, will become the master franchisee of the Century 21 System in Albania.
Century 21 Albania became operational in September in the cities of Tirana and Durres.
“We are excited to welcome our colleagues in Albania to the network as international growth continues to be a key initiative for the Century 21 System,” said Tom Kunz, president and CEO, Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “We look forward to seeing The Dudaj Group grow and prosper as professional champions for home buyers and sellers in Albania.”
The Dudaj Group, formed in 1993, was one of the first private companies to emerge in Albania after the collapse of the socialist system.
