Drug traffickers arrested in Tirana

TIRANA, Jan. 5 – Two men were arrested from the police in capital Tirana and accused of trafficking drugs
Julian Shkalla, 19, and Dardan Koci, 22, were arrested Tuesday evening following a three-month investigation. They were proved to be distributors of heroin in many crossing streets in the capital.
Police also found 70 grams of heroin at their houses which they had packed ready for distribution.
