TIRANA, March 19 – Police arrested a 45-year old person while he was reportedly selling heroin on a street in Tirana. ?According to police, Artur Ismail Isaj had been previously sentenced for drug trafficking. He was found with about 15 grams of heroin in his possession.
In another operation, police arrested ?Fatjon Festim Bardhoshi, 23, in Kavaja after finding him with cannabis sativa.
