Dutch flower show in Albania

TIRANA, Sep 13 – The Dutch Flower Council, exporters Ed de Groot, Ben Dames and Otto van Haaster and flower accessories company Victory, in co-ordination with the Albanian company MER-COM shpk and the Polish glass accessories company Cermal organized a unique Flower Show on Sunday at the Tirana International Hotel.
Two flower composers from Holland demonstrated how to make beautiful flower decorations for special events like weddings. Furthermore, flower decorations for different seasons like Christmas, autumn and spring were shown. Albanian private and public companies and organizations, Ministries and other stakeholders were invited to this event to experience the many different possibilities of appliances of flowers and plants.
Tulips, chrysanthemums, roses, lilliums, bulbs and other special cut flowers, never seen before in Albania were exhibited, whereas models showed the flower decorations in wedding dresses. The show was graced with a slideshow of flower decorations as well.
