TIRANA, June 26 – Police arrested Shkelzen Kraja, 34, and shut down his business, which has been transporting some detergents that are believed to have been produced illegally by Kraja at a small unregistered manufacturing unit. Police also checked a store place belonging to him and sequestered some 15 tons of illegally-produced goods.
