KRUJA, Oct. 7 – Prosecutor’s office and police reported the arrest of four persons involved in a corruption case in the northern town of Kruja.Flutura Meco, chancellor of the Kruja district court, her husband Almir Meco, an attorney working in the town, Adriana Xeba and Edmond Kalaja, two citizens, are accused of getting about one million leks from a person to let or shorten the pre-trial period imprisonment.
It is being noted an increase of the corruption arrest of officials of the government authorities, institutions and judiciary this year.
