FIER, March 31 – Police arrested Dashamir Kapaj, 34, after he shot a hunting rifle which injured four persons in Kafaraj, Frakull commune, in Fier district.
Kapaj allegedly aimed the rifle at Viktor Cervanaku, head of the Frakull commune, following an earlier quarrel they had about non-payment of land taxes.
The discharged rifle injured a policeman and three other persons.(Tirana Times Staff)
