TIRANA, July 27 Albania property experts, Fresh Property Albania (FPA) have announced the launch of the first phase of land plots in a new beachfront village resort community 19km north of Vlora in Albania.
The Vlora Village Resort will comprise a number of beachfront luxury hotels, small villa land plots, luxury apartments, an aqua water park and swimming pools, extensive parks and gardens, commercial and shopping facilities, bars and restaurants, sporting facilities and a marina for small boats and yachts. The resort will be constructed by one of the largest construction company groups in Albania.
The Vlora Village Resort fronts the fine sandy beach, and offers amazing views of the Ionian Sea and Sazan Island. The village will be 2km away from the new highway from Fier to Vlora, which will be completed around 2011.
Construction of the infrastructure has just commenced on the first phase of the project. The resort will be a village community unlike any previously seen in Albania, and once completed in 3-4 years, will cover 700 hectares.
For the first phase release, there are a limited number of 500 sqm, 700 sqm and 1,000 sqm land plots available. There are 5 price levels depending on the distance to the beach, and the prices start from EUR15/sqm. Land owners will become members of the resort club, with access to the facilities, and will have the option to construct their own private villa on their plot.
“We are very excited to be involved in this amazing project. This is one of the largest, most ambitious tourist communities to date. The Vlora Village Resort will change the north coast of Vlora dramatically,” said FPA director, Fiona Bosticky
