SHKODRA, Nov. 12 – Giffoni children festival held in Albania for the second year in succession was a good experience and a positive label for the country, according to its main organizer Namik Ajazi. The festival had a series of different films with a great participation of children in Shkodra and Tirana where it was held. The films covered social and different thematic. Ajazi said that the next festival will be bigger, with more films and it would also tour not only the two cities but many others like Korca, Pogradec, Vlora and Saranda. It is expected to start in May next year and have a second stage in November. The Giffoni festival had a jury of 750 Albanian and Italian children who decided to give the best prize to Ran Rana film, followed by Salvatore. That was the prize from the children belonging to elementary school while high-school teenagers decided to give the prize to the Italian film “Never as before.” There were three Albanian films participating in the festival.
