TIRANA, April 15 – Albanian government decided to cover all expenses for Albania students who get accepted in the top 10 universities in the world. However, it comes with a condition. The students in question will be required to return to Albania after they finish their studies to contribute for at least 7 years in the Albanian public administration.
The said decision is in accordance with the Excellence Fund created by the government to attract back worldwide Albanian students with excellent academic achievements.
