TIRANA, June 19 – Greek police said it seized over 200 kg of cannabis near Kozani from Northern Greece’s Kostur anti-drug department, a town neighboring Korca.
The Greek police said it arrested three Greek nationals and one Albanian while trying to cross the narcotic substance over the border with Athens as the final destination.
The cannabis was found inside one of the vehicles, while two other vehicles were stopped as they were checking the street for border police.
According to the officials, the four arrested worked for an Albanian drug-trafficking ring. The Albanian citizen arrested didn’t possess Greek documents had a previous order from a Thessaloniki Court for theft.
