Heroin smugglers caught from police

FIER, May 5 – Two brothers were arrested by police
when found with some 1.2 kilograms of heroin in
the western city of Fier.
Mirel and Ilir ȥlo had likely got the heroin from
neighboring Macedonia to sell it in capital Tirana or
transport it to Greece or Italy. One of them owned a
textile shop in the capital.
Police have been investigating them as heading an
international network of a drug trafficking in the region.
