TIRANA, Dec. 13 – Now that the situation in the flooded northwestern Albania has improved with a lack of rain, focus of the work is to coordinate and better manage the international assistance coming to the population there.
Three Turkish and two Greek military helicopters continue to help evacuation of people from the flooded areas and also sending food, clothes and other stuff to them.
Other assistance has come from many countries and also non-governmental organizations.
