Is it really an end of the parliamentary boycott?

TIRANA, March 1 – lawmakers of the opposition Socialist Party returned to parliament last week ending their six-month boycott of the institution.
The opposition party said they would not drop their demand for a thorough investigation into the June 28, 2009 general election, which they said were manipulated. They want an inquiry panel to investigate possible violations during that vote.
Their return came after international mediation in the conflict. A delegation of the Council of Europe’s Parliamentary Assembly visited Tirana before the move, following heavy pressure from the European Union ambassadors in the country.
