Italian TV on Albania’s development

PALERMO, June 2 – Albania is focused on its energy and tourism, two choices in the country’s integration and development process, according to Rai Med television station.
It said that Albania wants to become the largest energy producer among the regional countries, including nearby Italy, and at the same time it also urges tourists to visit the still-virgin country.
There is a big difference in the development of the tiny Balkan country’s economy and politics though it still needs to do a lot to improve its infrastructures and promote local agriculture.

Participants in the show by Lucilla Alcamisi were Giovanni Ferri of the Bari University and Salvatore Moncada, CEO of Moncada Energy, the group that has signed an energy deal in Albania, a wind farm, and also Rai journalist Stefano Marcelli.
