TIRANA, Oct 8؉nternational property consultancy King Sturge is to provide a Property Management Services Review of QTU Tirana, a 20,000 mҠshopping centre in Albania’s capital city.
The review will cover all aspects of management including centre management, marketing, safety and sustainability, service charge management, non-core income generation, maintenance and staff training.
The set-up team has also been appointed by the same client to provide management set-up advice for its new, EBRD-funded 39,000 mҠTirana East Gate (TEG) shopping centre, due to open in October 2011.
King Sturge is a leading supplier of property and related services in the commercial market including the industrial, office and retail and leisure sectors.
