TIRANA, Oct. 17 – The opposition groups will ask for a vote of no-confidence for parliament Speaker Jozefina Topalli. This time it will not be the Socialist Party, but their allies, the Social Democrats and the Socialist Movement for Integration that will make the request. They accuse Topalli of continuously violating parliamentary freedom and rights. The same request was made by the Socialist Party earlier this year, in Spring, but Topalli managed to secure 70 votes out of 138 present MPs.
