TIRANA, March 10 – ORBCOMM Inc., a global satellite data communications company focused on two-way Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communications, announced its two-way satellite data communications services were now authorized in Albania, Greece and Latvia.
“Expanding ORBCOMM’s regulatory authorizations in Greece, Albania, and Latvia increase our presence in the key European markets of interest to our commercial Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and our growing base of International Resellers,” said Marc Eisenberg, ORBCOMM’s Chief Executive Officer. “The regulatory approvals provide us the opportunity to expand our business with local VARs and Integrators in the Mediterranean and Baltic regions”.
