TIRANA, Feb 24 – Police arrested 65 and 54-year old men in Tirana while they were illegally changing money near the Central Bank of Albania, an activity long considered illegal despite police interventions time and again at the black market that exists there.
In another operation police arrested two young men in capital Tirana after finding them with stolen cars in neighboring Italy.
While two other young men were arrested after found with small amounts of drugs circulating in the capital.
