TIRANA, Sep. 6 – President Bamir Topi on Monday also nominated four persons for the posts at the Constitutional Court.
Ardian Leka, Artan Hoxha, Edlira Jorgaqi and Fatmir Hoxha are the candidates for the posts.
They are to be discussed and then voted at the parliament before ttaking the posts.
Due to the displeasure that the governing Demcorats have with the president, once their deputy leader, in many other cases they have turned down the nomninations referring to the professional or personal personality of the persons.
That woudl not be a surprise this time too.
