TIRANA, Jan. 19 – Dritan Prifti, the author of the video that took Ilir Meta out of the post, was again on Wednesday questioned from prosecutors.
He was seen to go and stay there for some hours accompanied by two bodyguards and a driver.
A day before he said he was ready to offer more proof to the prosecutors on how Meta had been abused with his post as economy minister for the last three months. Meta took Prifti’s post in September.
Prifti said he had other videos and documentation to show Meta’s illegal property inside and outside the country.
But he also said that if he had not the support from the prosecutor’s office it would be useless to continue threaten his family’s life.
Prifti is under a witness protection program.
