TIRANA, March 10lbania has established a public procurement watchdog to handle complaints.
“Albania is the only country in Europe that has 100% electronic public procurement. This is a great achievement, but requires further consolidation,” Prime Minister Sali Berisha said in a statement.
The new commission, which is automomous from the public procurement agency has finalized reform in the area, Berisha added.
