KUKES, Sep 13 – Officials of the central banks of Albania and Kosova, financial experts and other authorities convened in the northeastern town of Kukes to discuss their cooperation and the ways how to promote the economic development in both countries.
Central bank governors were among the participants.
That is a follow up meeting of other ones held earlier in Korca, Shkodra, Gjirokastra and Saranda.
The bank officials considered such meetings as important ones to establish communication links with all groups of interest in both countries.
The Albanian governor Adrian Fullani mentioned some steps they had already undertaken to prevent any crisis from the crediting.
While Kosova’s counterpart Hashim Rexhepi said that Kukes may turn into a good crossing point for the areas on both sides of the border.
