TIRANA, June 30 – Interior Minister Lulzim Basha said that Albania will give property seized from drug traffickers to families with a drug victim at home.
Marking International Day Against Drugs last weekend, Basha said that Albania’s front against drugs involves all institutions. There are about 30,000 drug users in Albania, including 10,000 heroin users.
At the same time, Albanian authorities have they confiscated properties belonging to drug traffickers at an amount of 3.5 million euros.
