TIRANA- May 31 – Two days after the National Theatre celebrated its 65th birthday, President Bamir Topi decorated the most important institution of performing arts with the highest “Gjergj Kastrioti Skenderbej” (Skanderbeg) order.
Seven directors and actors were also decorated, including actor Naim Frasheri who was posthumously awarded the “Nation’s honour” decoration and actresses Rajmonda Bulka and Luiza Xhuvani, currently MPs in the two main parties since September 2009.
