ELBASAN, Nov. 29 – Police on Monday arrested three persons and accused them of the murder of Fredi Talelli, 36, a taxi driver in the Devoll district.
Talelli was murdered two days ago but he was found later. His car was found at the river near Elbasan.
The three suspects were 16, 19 and 21 years old.
Talelli was shot dead with a weapon and then the suspects took his car which they aimed at selling it for 2,000 euros, according to a police statement.
