Workshop on the Five Tibetan Rites and Chanting Meditation

The Five Tibetan Rites is a system of exercise reported to be more than 2,500 years old, which was brought to the West by Peter Kelder in a 1939 publication titled The Eye of Revelation. The Rites are said to be a form of Tibetan yoga, similar to the yoga series that originated in India. In the second part of the workshop Chanting Meditation we be practiced, focusing on Sa Ta Na Ma mantra.

This is a charity event, based on donations. The money raised will go for “Music of Youth” , a small Albanian NGO which encourages musical talent among children and youth coming from families with lower income.Their motto is: Life-changing experiences through music-making is available to all the children and young people, even to the most vulnerable.

This is a FREE/by donation workshop and all yoga-levels are welcome.
