TIRANA, March 10 – Two teenagers died following a fire in their house in the outskirts of Tirana.
Renato and Klezart Preni, 13 and 15 years old, were in their house in Sharre village near the public cemetery when a fire broke out due to defects in the electrical network. They were removed from the home only after having been badly burned. Though transported to the Military Hospital in Tirana, the teenagers did not survive. At the time of the fire, their mother was reportedly on a visit to another town while their father is an immigrant in Greece.(Tirana Times Staff)
