TIRANA, Aug 4 – A young man got stuck in a water reservoir and sank. Another broke his neck in the Adriatic sea while a two-year old child fell in a canal, taking the number of dead to three.
A dozen people have drowned in Albanian waters so far this summer.
There is no water rescue team along the shores of the Adriatic and Ionian seas in the country.
