TIRANA, Oct. 31 – Central Bank of Albania offered 2.5 billion leks ($25.7 million/20.2 million euro), on behalf of the Finance Ministry, in three-month Treasury bills on its regular weekly auction. The T-bills mature on February 1 next year. The final sale resulted in 1.17 billion leks ($12.1 million/9.5 million euro) worth of three-month government paper sold to the public. The sale resulted in an increase in the yield from 6.22 percent last week to an average 6.26 percent this week.
