TIRANA, Feb. 5 – Prof. Hysni Myzyri, a historian of the University of Tirana, died Monday at the age of 72. Myzyri was a professor at the University of Tirana for 34 years writing seven books and a series of other publications on historiography. He is also one of the authors of the Albanian hisotry main book, vol. 2 published in 1984, of the Albanian Encycolpedia Vocabulary, the second volume of the History of the Albanian people published in 2002 and other books on elementary and high school curricula. Prof. Myzyri was a member fo the “Research Board of Advisors” of the American Institute of Biographies.
