TIRANA, Feb. 13 – Vice Interior Minister Ferdinand Poni declared Tuesday that authorities had completed the improvement of the list of voters. He said that the lists were distributed to local authorities around the country. The final list has some 2.897.313 of voters from 4.235.417 citizens. Pone said that the list had improved some 40,000 voters located in two places compared to the list used in general elections of 2005. He said there were double records for 129.823 and there still remained 40.290 persons located in two places.
