TIRANA, March. 6 – Top Channel television announced that the festival of modern Albanian music called Top Fest will start it fourth edition on March 12. The festival has become a popular tradition and a means of unveiling new talents. The winner of the event gets a first prize of 10.000 euro but more importantly the recognition of the music world. The competition will last fro approximately 5 weeks and is open to all aspiring Albanians living inside Albania or abroad. (Tirana Times Staff)
