Police crack down on stolen cars

TIRANA, March 27 – Police started an operation named Catch 5 against stolen vehicles that have entered our country. They sequestered seven vehicles (Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes and Renault) that had irregular documentation and which are suspected of being stolen in other countries. In that context police started penal procedures against Ardian Elsina for traffic of stolen vehicles. It resulted he had sold an Audi car that was stolen in Italy. Elsina is still at large. Amarildo Ismaili, 18, resident in Tirana was arrested for stealing a Mercedes car last year
