VLORA, FIER, March 26 – Police arrested two persons _ Elvis Pasholli, 26, and Ylli Spahija, 30, residents in Tirana, found with 111 kilogram of cannabis sativa at their cars. Police have launched a campaign against cannabis in the country cracking down smugglers recently. Albania is considered a transit point of hard drugs like heoirn, but it also produces considerable amounts of cannabis sativa, or marijuana.
