Hungarian parliament ratifies Albania’s SAA

TIRANA, April 24 – The Hungarian parliament ratified Monday the Stabilization and Association Agreement which Albania signed with the European Union last year, according to Parliament Speaker Jozefina Topalli. Albania is expecting the ratification from Estonia, Germany and Austria in May. The SAA has been ratified by ten EU member countries. It has to be ratified by the 25 members before it comes into force and Albania may apply for the candidacy stage.
