Alpet organizes training about security and service standards

TIRANA, June.1 – The Turkish-Albanian company Alpet, which trades in oil imports and gas stations in Albania, recently organized training sessions for employees of its 70 stations throughout Albanian territory. The topic of the training sessions was, “Technical safety and Service Quality in gas stations and point of sales.” The training aimed at raising the awareness of all employees regarding safety standards and increasing customer satisfaction through improving the quality of service. The training lecturer, Ibrahim Aktoz, General Director of Alpet, stressed the need for perfecting customer service in order for employees to become the most important company representatives and image-makers of Alpet. At the end of the training, participants were awarded with a certificate stating they had successfully completed the session.
