TIRANA, July 26 – New President Bamir Topi has received messages of congratulations from leaders throughout the region.
Topi received congratulatory telegrams from German President Horst Koeler and Chancellor Angela Merkel, Macedonian President Branko Cervenkoski, OSCE’s Chairman-in-Office Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos, head of the Albanian Democratic Party in Macedonia Menduh Tha詬 head of the National Democratic Union Party in Macedonia Hysni Shaqiri, and many other heads of state.
