TIRANA, July 27 – President Bamir Topi met Friday with opposition Socialist Party leader Edi Rama during the first meetings with the top leaders in the country since Topi became President earlier that week.
“The talks were in an atmosphere of cooperation about issues of primary importance for the positive development of the democratic processes in the country, in compliance with fulfilling demands and standards for Albania’s integration future into EU and NATO,” said the president’s statement.
