Albania lifts visa requirements for Serbs

BELGRADE, Aug. 7 – Serbian citizens can now travel to Albania without a visa, Belgrade’s media reported on Tuesday.
The same sources, citing an official statement by the Albanian Embassy in Belgrade, said Albanian authorities had lifted visa requirements for Serbian citizens one month ago. There will be no visa requirements for Serbs in the future.
In the past few years, Albania lifted visa requirements for Serbian citizens during summer vacation – from June to September – but visa requirement were imposed for the rest of year.
