TIRANA, Nov. 21 – A team of technicians of the Italian air service held work on maintenance of telecommunications equipment service SAR (search and rescue) Albanian army has located at an army base
The center also serves as a contact point for Italian Delegation officials, who have an office in the country, and also for the Italian defense ministry.
The Italian aid was also added with other equipment used for coordination and control of resources and units used in search and rescue operations.
It also completed a radio link between the operations room of the General Staff and the control tower of Farka helicopter base, ensuring coverage on radio of about 80 percent of the Albanian territory.
