Greek chamber of commerce pledges stronger ties with Albanian business

TIRANA, Dec. 10 – Prime Minister Sali Berisha met Monday with the Greek Chamber of Commerce Head, Georges Kasimatsis, who is also deputy head of the European Chamber of Commerce.
Berisha said that Greek businessmen had played an important part in Albania’s economic development, adding the two countries had a successful commercial exchange. The Greek businessman praised Tirana’s efforts for the investment climate which has been created and said the government should begin work to quicken the issuing of visas for Albanian businesses, as well. He said Greek businessmen could possibly support energy projects in Albania.
