Business reacts against Macedonian decision on visa regime

TIRANA, Jan.8 – The decision of the Macedonian government to discontinue the procedure of visa granting at the borders starting February of this year has caused worries the business community. The Economic Chamber of Macedonia has reacted against this decision calling for via facilitation from their government. In a public letter directed to Prime Minister Gruevski, Macedonian businessmen have clarified that some of their major partnerships are with Albanian entrepreneurs and the decision harms the free movement, hence harms economic development.
