Telecommunications Ministry to hold mobile companies responsible for abuses

TIRANA, Jan.8-The two mobile companies that operate in Albania, AMC and Vodafone should compensate customers for the abuses caused with the SMS service during the holiday period. The request was issued by the Ministry of Public works, Transportation and Telecommunications in response to the allegations that customers had been abused by being charged more than once for sent SMS-s during the holiday season. AMC official shave reacted that no such abuses have been confirmed yet.
