TIRANA, Jan.16- Private schools belonging to the Albanian League of Private Education have sent a public letter to the president Bamir Topi seeking the reversal of the decision to apply Value Added Tax (VAT) to the services of private education. The letter argues that this decision will bring bankruptcy to most of private education institutions. The letter noted that this tax will be immediately translated into higher tuition fees for students.
