Colliers International presents the largest mall in Albania

TIRANA, Jan.22- Colliers International Southeast Europe has been selected as the exclusive agent of rentals for the largest mall of Albania, “CityPark Tirana.” This mall will have a space to rent of 40,000 m2 and belongs to the company AM Group. It will be completed by the first quarter of 2009 and will include 120 shops, one supermarket, restaurants, entertainment venues and children friendly spaces. The parking lot is expected to be vast and have 3000 spots for personnel and guests. CityPark Tirana is located in the national super-street Tirana-Durres, 15 km from Tirana, 25 km from Durres and only 5 km from the International mother Teresa Airport. The area of consumers targeted is 25 kilometers in radius. Colliers International will manage the mall and rent out its spaces. Dimitris Voutsas, head of the services department of Colliers International Hellas said that the Albanian market ahs already reached international standards and is entering an era of economic modernity. He also added that international companies that target the market in Tirana are guaranteed to have profits. Philip Bay, regional Director of Colliers International Southeast Europe, added that it is fantastic to work in the site offered by AM Group, a company with international qualities
AM Group was established by its current president Artan Mene in1991 and the brands it trades are market leaders such as Deka and Olim. Executive Director of AM Group in UK, Bruce Henderson, said that given his international experience he judges the mall to fit all parameters of a modern trading center. Colliers International Southeast Europe has been awarded the Annual prize for Real Estate Counseling for the second time in the entire region.
